Judi Babcock Paintings

Art is my second career, my first was social work. I studied art at the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society with Maris Platais and Phyllis Hughes, and the DeCordova Museum with Linda Paul Gordon. I, also, took courses at the Danforth Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, and Bedford and Lexington Adult Education.

I have been in group shows at the Concord Art Association, Gleason library in Carlisle, Great Rd. Gallery and Framing in Bedford, Grace Chapel in Lexington, the First Parish Church in Bedford and the Belmont Gallery of Art. I, also, had a small individual exhibit at the Bedford Public Library.

Most of these paintings are for sale. If you live nearby you can call or e-mail to arrange a showing in my home studio or view them anywhere I am currently exhibiting. Orders may be placed by e-mail or phone. More paintings may be viewed on Facebook.
